What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Its phone app is really adaptable. It allows me to view the whole table on the screen; this doesn’t happen in most of the apps as either they are not easily accessible or they don’t let users have a full view. This has helped me keep a check upon the task managements much easily from wherever I am.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a flowchart feature where you can plan about the upcoming projects and decide how you’ll be achieving your goals. This is one of the best feature. This allows me to decide and distribute the tasks to the team much easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn’t have a proper time tracking feature. I need to either estimate the time or go all the way to calendar and check it out there. This has effected the productivity of the employees as they don’t have any sort of restriction or deadline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest you to go for it if you’re working remotely most of the time as it is easy to use and a great app for mobile. Other than that if you want to use it see if it’s worth your investment and then go for it.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We have been able to have all the database of our customers and all the information of the different departments in one software, because it is so easy to use that we do not need training. Dragging and dropping a cell makes it much faster to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a mobile version that has impressed me, as it has all the functions of the web version, making my work much easier when I am out of the office and need to access the stored information. The fact that it is not just a database, but has project management functions, makes it the perfect tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can get confusing so many cells and boxes on the same screen, so it would be good to redesign the interface to avoid confusion. The customer service is not the fastest or timely, several times we tried to communicate, when we started the installation and we did not succeed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A tool that is very easy to use and that will serve all departments of the company, because it has a large storage and capacity for the different databases of all areas of the company. I highly recommend it, because it has made my work team aligned to the objectives set.

Ability to record things with the help of zapier. Ability to easily visually analyse those data and information

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the color coded options, and the ability to move records easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The whole user interface sort of look stacked. wish it was a little more organized space-wise
