What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable was one of the tools that I came across that allowed you to easily connect multiple databases view information related to each in context.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I can easily switch from a list to a kanban and then a gallery view quickly. This is perfect when trying to move prospects through a pipeline. In addition, we connect a map using the apps feature so we can quickly see where are contacts are located and can follow up if in the area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm disappointed that they don't have a deeper integration with gmail. This seems like a missed opportunity. Being able to quickly pipe in contacts and conversation highlights from Gmail to Airtable would be a huge win.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Airtable has a great free plan. Test it out. Theres so many uses for the platform, it really is worth trying.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We can control the communication tactics of the organization with the help of Airtable, including internal emails and blog posts. Custom spreadsheets can be used to generate your budgets, which you can then download to your reports. You can organize your marketing tasks, list your materials, survey forms, plan your CRM content, and track your research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can select from task lists, kanban boards, Gantt charts, and your own custom gallery task management screens. Using Airtable's custom programmable spreadsheets, I'm able to track the time and effort spent by all staff. For the storage of our project resources, including documents, PDFs, companion spreadsheets, photos, videos, and other data, it is advantageous.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One may improve the task date option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Airtable is a good option you can design each board. You can discuss projects with your team in a participatory way, use their shared notes and collaborate with them in an organized way.
