What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the purpose of keeping tabs on and organizing my many design projects, I use Airtable. I am able to keep track of all my tasks and see at a glance how far along each of my active projects is. Important chores are less likely to be forgotten while using Airtable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Appearance in the Workplace, You may alter the color of the dashboard and modify the overall look of the workplace. There are some default color options to choose from, but it would be much more convenient if users could also use a color picker or enter a hex code to select a color that more closely matched their brand's color scheme.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Airtable is ideal if you want a list view of your projects and tasks along with some database capabilities. Airtable is not for you if you want to organize your work in tiles and update the status of your projects and tasks by dragging and dropping them into other columns.

I work with a big number of clients and use Airtable to track their activities and the performance of their operations. It's an excellent tool for organizing a to-do list or team chores, as well as planning and sharing project timelines to teams and clients. We can dramatically minimize the amount of meetings now that we can swiftly discuss workflows and projects online with real-time changes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I can create and share dashboards with my direct reports, allowing me to monitor their workload and ensuring they are supported and monitored properly. This tool takes aspects of your project and allows you to allocate them to specific computer users or request input or permission from clients along the route. Another great feature of Airtable is the availability of command frames, which allow you to keep track of your work in a more seamless manner; it's a great tool for meeting deadlines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I initially had some difficulty with the number of notifications and emails I received from Airtable, it has issues with handling communications between computers and sends a lot of spam via email. When you change the date of a project or task, the program seems to interpret it as a new project and your work may be lost. Another problem with this app is that it immediately starts to exceed the number of guests allowed for its license and starts a process to upgrade it to a more expensive version without warning; it would be much better if at least a warning or error message was sent to the user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To guarantee that your whole organization can utilize and engage in your dashboards, incorporate a range of different sections of your business in the initial setup. It is advised that you utilize the My Tasks tool to keep track of activities taken by your team while you are away or to track your progress on existing tasks. Another terrific tool for folks who desire outstanding graphical representation is the possibility to utilize Kanban boards. You may divide the project into columns and categorize jobs, resulting in different dashboards for each column.
