What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Our appreciation of this database calculation software, is that it allows us to effectively manage our data, and allows us to save time and money, is one of the best software we have had, an attribute is that it makes continuous monitoring of the work effectively, is practical and easy to use, with innovative features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We aim to be one of his followers of this wonderful software, it gives us the opportunity to have our company planned, organized, based on a database on the Internet, saves time to our processes, has good design and is ergonomic in its functions, optimally manages our business data, has stored our documents taking systematic control of our work, one of its good features is collects data instantly, generates reports and plans step by step our tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We think this program is great, but it has a few shortcomings, one of them is that you can not create tasks at the same time on the board, also has a lot of forum, when we have problems it is difficult to find customer service or technical support, your board is very limited when it is free version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a formal project management software, I think there might be better applications out there. But to be fair, I don't use it for formal (marketing) project management. On the other hand, I'm having a hard time finding a scenario that doesn't benefit from Airtable. It's still a compliment to Excel that it's a more attractive, friendlier, more charming cousin, but maybe not as smart. If my company stopped using Airtable, I would definitely panic because I spend hours a day using it and rely on it in many ways to do my job.

While it is good in business process management, it is also comes equipped with project management features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First, I like that Airtable is multipurpose Using it is seamless thanks to the improved UI It is relatively affordable

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since all has been working well, I have no issues to list

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business process management, I recommend Airtable because it has an advantage of offers additional features such as project management capabilities.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable was one of the tools that I came across that allowed you to easily connect multiple databases view information related to each in context.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I can easily switch from a list to a kanban and then a gallery view quickly. This is perfect when trying to move prospects through a pipeline. In addition, we connect a map using the apps feature so we can quickly see where are contacts are located and can follow up if in the area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm disappointed that they don't have a deeper integration with gmail. This seems like a missed opportunity. Being able to quickly pipe in contacts and conversation highlights from Gmail to Airtable would be a huge win.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Airtable has a great free plan. Test it out. Theres so many uses for the platform, it really is worth trying.
