What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
ADP Workforce's many useful features revolve around its ability to facilitate a quick and painless onboarding procedure. You can ask for paperwork and updates on its status if it hasn't been finished yet. Excellent, straightforward solution that simplifies regular tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employer Data Processing, ADP The new system makes it simple to access and manage my time and attendance records, personal data, leave requests, payroll data, tax documents, and benefit enrollment choices. Calculating vacation time manually. All of its details can be displayed by ADP. There's a spot for your own details that you can use right away, too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Before, ADP Workforce Today loaded pages slowly and incorrectly. However, this issue appears to have been fixed. The only problem now is that I keep being logged out in the middle of the day.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once all of your paperwork and criteria are set up, ADP is a piece of software that can be used with minimal effort. All of your departments provide excellent service to your customers. The ability to tailor it to our needs is fantastic.

A great payroll software and easy to use

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
With the help of ADP, the lms can mechanically enable new hiring and deactivate departing personnel. Because of this, enrollment can occur automatically and rapidly, without the need for any human intervention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Every time there is an update, I find myself trying to figure out how to get up to speed on all the new features. Many of the improvements make it simpler to carry out the process, which is a major upside. Everything syncs up and runs smoothly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Appliication for the Apple iPhone by ADP Before you can access the LMS's secure browser, you'll need to log in twice: first on the ADP mobile app and again on the ADP browser. There appears to be several problems with ADP, such as downtimes and the homepage appearing for only some users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We fixed an issue where certain workers' home screens weren't displaying the page's content (including its links) as expected. There has been no improvement in the company's performance.

Ease of use for all users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accuracy and consistency is pretty standard with ADP for Payroll and leave/time tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike!

Good for the basics, integrations seem to work well.
