What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Not focused on the customer and should have offered more best practice tools when implementation took place rather than just doing what the customer asked (even though it was wrong).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing about this product is a favorite of mine.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have only 2000 characters, and that is not enough to express my dislikes of this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stop what you are doing and look for another product.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
The simple features were no longer enough for us, so we switched from gusto to adp staff. AdP works much better on larger screens. In one month, we hired fifty more people, and the system didn't even blink. It's much better at handling the volume and complexity of workers from different states than the smaller startup tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The part I like best is the onboarding section. Before their first day on the job, new employees can fill out all of their tax paperwork and emergency contacts through a link they are given. We don't have to type anything again because it goes straight into payroll. I also like that it works with our 401(k) provider, so the payments and deductions are done automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was rough to put the plan into action. Moving the data from our old system took longer than planned, and we had to check everything by hand to make sure the totals for the year so far were right.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best thing to do next if your small business payroll service is no longer enough for you. It feels like a tool from a "big company" that can handle any growth you give it.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Compared to Paylocity, the ADP mobile application appears somewhat more comprehensive for self-service functionalities. Our employees are seldom in the office, so having a dependable application for accessing their pay records and W-2s is essential. Paylocity was acceptable; however, ADP appears to display more quickly and experiences fewer crashes for our users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that employees are able to administer their own direct deposit updates. It was previously a paper form that HR had to manually enter, but now they simply take a photograph of their cheque, and the process is complete. The SMS notifications indicating the availability of pay statements are also a thoughtful feature that our team greatly values.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application occasionally experiences synchronisation issues with the time device. If an employee registers a punch-in within a poor service area, the data may not upload promptly, potentially leading to confusion afterward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this solution for organisations with a geographically distributed personnel. Enabling employees to manage their own payroll information via their mobile devices significantly reduces administrative time for the HR team.
