What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Allows employees to self-enroll for courses and managers can custom build or upload training content. Includes more than 40 pre-packaged compliance and development courses. Enables mobile time collection with employee scheduling and offers overtime and absence analytics and reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By providing access to pay, benefits and time information, it makes employees self-dependent. Employees have the option of viewing worl schedules and downloading pay statements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No features of ADP Workforce Now that disappoints. It has helped streamline the entire recruiting and hiring process and the only con that I can mention here is there is no on-premise installation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend ADP Workforce Now because of the system's ease of use, it offers all the needed features at a reasonable price compared to other systems, and also because of the professionalism of the ADP staff.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
ADP Workforce Now has a social media sharing option which is a great tool that allows us to post openings to our social media accounts directly within the software. Excellent customer support makes ADP Workforce Now the best for reliable applicant tracking, talent sourcing and payroll software solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This system makes it easy to grant referrers access to the applicant tracking system with a unique link and email address. We also use the system to track referrals to see which sources are providing the best candidates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Non-transparent pricing which means we had to schedule a chat with a salesperson to receive a quote for our business. During the setup process there was a fee that was waived with a contract.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ADP Workforce Now is surprisingly intuitive for such advanced software in terms of features, and the setup process comes with guided support. ADP wants to make sure you feel supported at all times.
