What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
A notable difference with respect to Zoom is the essence of the service that is designed in relation to its customers, since the services offered on the platform offer a high capacity to serve a number of users in an efficient way, as well as at the time Managing all communication processes from video, sound and messages in a friendly way allows participants, especially new ones who are entering the conference, to participate without any inconvenience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the interface, its security and simplified access, it offers a user community and a documentation that makes the process very simple in terms of usability and capacity, the plans it offers are good, as well as its free version for those who want to take advantage the potentiality of the basic functions without any inconvenience, however at the company level paid functions are ideal for social collaboration and more in these times that remote work has become an essential part in companies specifically those of technology to be able to adequately cover all its production and improvement of services to its customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found any inconvenience in relation to the use of the services of this software, rather it has given my team a good experience.

Very good product and that has a good reputation in the markets, being the most used today both companies and individual users, because Zoom has the ability to gather a large public and share information with the highest possible quality, being used in different teams of your preference is the mobile, laptop or desktop PC without losing its original capabilities.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, Zoom has good connection / quality and integrates easily with Google Calendar. Easy and intuitive user experience. Easily able to share screens, chat within the meeting / add comments, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom is one of my favorite software when I work. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Very often I find myself using this tool to communicate internally. Whether it is to share information, ideas, content or team meetings or if it is used to communicate efficiently with a partner or prospect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no negative objection regarding its characteristics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoom because it is a fast, easy, affordable, and very direct way of doing business and provides the ability to get better and higher results as quickly as possible.
