What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom's ease of use has provided an intuitive experience that we need across our organization to remain agile and efficient in our day-to-day work. The fact that I can schedule and create meetings through Zoom, that then integrate with Microsoft Outlook, was a really big selling point for me on the admin side. Also, Zoom met all our requirements of having a tool that could perform reliably on handheld devices in all our offices, on the road, and integrate well with our conference room technology. Zoom’s performance on a mobile device outlives all other competitors' solution that we’ve tested. The incredible usage of bandwidth is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom gave us a feel like me and my clients were actually in the same room. I was able to screen share and show some of them the scenes that we were going to be working on. And live, he could create music as we went through each scene together. Zoom also assisted us to maintain business continuity and aid in employee communications. The onboarding process is so smooth with Zoom. Zoom Phone’s interoperability steers greater flexibility across our organization. Cost savings came easy once the provident team deployed Zoom Phone. It has empowered our remote workforce to communicate and collaborate effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom risk of exposure to data breaches is one of its disadvantages. I truly hope their security will be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom's ease of use and its flexibility are second to none. It offers an array of features that will help empower the remote workforce to work effectively and collaborate more. Zoom enables employees to access data from anywhere and even hold meetings from their mobile devices. Zoom is affordable and suits well medium to large enterproses.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is a video conferencing software my company uses often. The only other software we have used is GoogleMeets. I’m not seeing a huge difference in these apps. Zoom does allow you to meet outside web browser which is nice in my opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the virtual backgrounds and being able to record a meeting if needed. During fun zoom calls we will all use the custom virtual backgrounds for more fun. Just love it!

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of my only dislikes about this product is the screen sharing lags sometimes and the chat feature is not super great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you would like a new video conferencing tool that cares about the end users I highly recommend Zoom. They are easy to get support for and always looking on new ways to help us maximize the product and our time.
