What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is an excellent call-making program in general, including superb VoIP capabilities and international phone conversations. It enables you to transfer calls from one user to another, which is very useful for customer service conversations. Zoom allows us to manage all of your contacts and provide reports depending on the number of calls, frequency, and region from which the call was made, among other things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user experience is and has always been simple. It's very straightforward. And the calls are reliable – I've never had a problem teaching my private classes using Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On Zoom, there is no possibility to answer calls and texts automatically. This capability is available on Skype and has proven to be quite useful. I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't also be available on Zoom. I wish there was a way to communicate the message through audio typing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please initiate a way to type a message through audio, that would help a lot of people working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite thing about Zoom is Meetings can be attended and held via a web browser, or desktop and mobile applications. The Chat works as an extension to the Meeting product where users can interact through a chat with each other, share files, or create groups. Workspaces, on the other hand, allows businesses to utilize hardware such as a computer, tablet, camera, microphone, and more to hold virtual meetings. The product is specifically aimed at larger-scale organizations, which need to hold meetings across different offices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The quality of the product stood out immediately and allowed the small software startup to become one of the leaders in the video conferencing industry. Video conferences could be held on all hardware platforms with the ability to host 40 people at the same time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend all the businesses to use Zoom as it provides lot of feature to make our day to day life easy. It is the cornerstone of any successful and productive team. Video conferencing tools, like Zoom, allow individuals to meet and work together productively "face-to-face" when meeting in-person isn't possible. This makes meeting remotely much more human, which essential in order to help users feel and stay connected.

Our organization uses Zoom for online meetings and remote work. We employ whiteboards, webinars, chatting, and the raising hand tool to make Zoom feel like real-life conversation. It's easy to use and the learning curve was short, so I use it professionally and personally. Zoom has helped us communicate remotely, especially during the epidemic when we couldn't get to the workplace.

My favorite feature is the ability to plan meetings and have them display on my calendar with a direct link to them. It's fantastic to be able to alter my background whenever I want to look more professional. It features flexible price choices that fit our budget and allow us to keep in touch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I'm not a fan of using Zoom is the fact that I'll require permission to rejoin meetings if I've been disconnected due to network troubles or other causes. Due to the fact that crucial meetings or presentations may necessitate it, this becomes a problem for us In terms of connectivity and call quality, the online browser experience should be as good as the app.
