What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom web and video conferencing solution allows us to meet, talk, and make business calls both inside and outside our company, all from one app. I discovered more freedom there, such as the ability to pick and choose whatever capabilities we want for online meetings, video conferencing, and business calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom Platform is both quick and safe to use and what we enjoy the most there is how simple it is to use and requires little maintenance. On its main screen, there are a lot of features available and we can start meeting with a single tap. I really liked its screen and file sharing features, and the fact that all of the communication always stays secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to hate because we have been using the Zoom platform since its inception and have always noted that it evolves to meet changing needs and scales to meet our capacity requirements. So all we can hope for is that it continues to improve and add new features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The zoom tool is the most basic in terms of its look, it allows official communication and meetings but without sacrificing our personal info, with great definition and security. The calling and other capabilities round out the package. Users may share their screen with anyone and have them take control of it to help them solve problems.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Our main tool before Zoom was google meets, the main thing here is making use of the zoom application whereas with GM this would be completed and used via the web, it was a big shift for non-technical users to adjust to this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In general, it performed as well as GM, however, as we looked to gain more certifications such as ISO27001 we found we ran into technical problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The security concerns which have come with the problems from how they handle data and where they handle data with no ability to make changes to this which some vendors do offer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on the area you work this could be the product for you, it does what is needed in terms of a collab meeting tool, however, if you work in more sensitive areas handling sensitive data I would look elsewhere.
