What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
With Zoom, it is easy and takes a few seconds to create an account and begin video conferencing for free. There's no hassle and no free trials or payment plans involved unless your company wants to upgrade to a professional, licensed Zoom account.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's intuitive, easy to use to share my screen, and facilitate small one-on-one or large-scale meetings on this platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform doesn't tell you when software updates are needed and users must manually do it themselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you lack an internet connection at home or in the office, then the smart phone (iPhone and Android) applications are a great substitute (and they're free).

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's ease of use as well as high-quality audio/video output is something that make it to take edge from its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The availability of option to screen share and file sharing along with option to record meetings with out the interference of IT team are best feature that I like them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about but there is one more option to share screen without connecting on call which could be a good addition.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Certainly a good user friendly application that anyone can use without any training needs
