What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can see all the participants in the meeting at the same time on one screen. I also like that I can share my screen and use the whiteboard feature. And I appreciate the high quality of the audio and video.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things that I dislike about Zoom software. Firstly, the interface is a little cluttered and could be more user-friendly. Secondly, the free version of Zoom only allows for 40-minute meetings, which can be a bit limiting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are a few things to consider when Zoom: -How many people will be using the software? If you have a lot of users, you may need a paid account. -How often will you be using the software? If you are using it frequently, again you may want to consider a paid account for the additional features. -What features do you need? Zoom offers a variety of features, so make sure to choose the ones that you need. -How much training will you need? Zoom offers training materials, but you may need to invest some time in learning how to use the software.

We couldn't function without Zoom, which has let us conduct and attend meetings and webinars throughout the business in a variety of ways. Zoom provides a wide range of options and is a lot more flexible. In order to ensure a seamless transition, discussions are held to cover all relevant and significant topics. Among Zoom's many capabilities include the ability to share a computer screen, create rooms, participate in real-time conversations, and alter the backdrop image. Using Zoom has had a significant influence on the company by delivering regular updates and reminders about upcoming improvements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because Zoom is so real and safe, it's a great fit for any business, large or small. Important topics can be addressed in privacy in the private chat rooms. If you can afford it, Zoom may be used in small businesses and institutions alike. Because there are so many other options, Zoom isn't the best choice for personal usage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be useful if there was an opportunity to reschedule a meeting rather than having to start a new one. There should be a better way to join a meeting than having a link to a webpage. The price tag might have been lowered a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customer meetings are ideal for presenting ideas or just describing current conditions in detail. Training clients and partners is a less acceptable situation because of the constraints on use due to the inability to open without the app being installed on a PC or phone.
