What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a lot of options when you're in a meeting, you have a chat, options to raise your hand, you can use background and a lot more cool stuff, you just need to check the options on the app
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Actually, even that Zoom doesn't have a lot of options, is constantly updating, so I hope on that updates they are adding more customizable options for the consumer
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would be great if Zoom had more backgrounds and animated backgrounds to use but, even though it has a lot of things to do, they're quite limited on the customization of that options
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everything on Zoom is great, check every option so you can know everything on the app that can be really useful

Would Recommend Teams Over Zoom

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I can't think of any differentiators from Teams or Go to meeting, which I have also used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing really. I am not a fan of Zoom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Constant audio issues. I have had to reschedule calls due to issues with audio. I cant hear them, they cant hear me. I test the audio, and it seems like everything is working fine, but we can't communicate without jumping on the phone and calling in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend looking into other options.
