What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom offers a number of reasons why I use it. I like the tools this software gives me. Zoom is our go-to solution if an urgent meeting is required at work. I'm able to schedule meetings with all of the Marketing Department members around their schedules. Another thing I like about Zoom is that I can record meetings and store them in the cloud so that those who weren't there at the meeting may see them and help us plan the week's activities. Just download and sign in, and you're ready to go. With so many options for changing backdrops, noise suppression, and other such functions, it might be overwhelming. With Google Calendar, arranging meetings is a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible to include a voice chat feature. As a user, you should be able to multitask without having to close the video when you switch tabs. When sharing a screen, the sound isn't particularly clear.

I like the fact that we can set various different backgrounds during video meetings. This sometimes brings the creativeness among teammates and makes meetings a bit more fun and enjoyable

The only dislike for me with Zoom is the fact that it is a bit pricey

Zoom is pretty simple to set up and install and also many users can join in to the meeting without any restrcitions. I would definitely recommend this to businesses that have the budget

The one thing that differentiates Zoom from other similar products is the user access and user controls that can be leveraged by the host of the meeting. Also, it is a pretty simple to use software designed to match the needs of many users

We can easily set up and schedule calls across time zones with Zoom. Also, even when the number of participants are more, it performs well

Zoom needs to add an option to share files when we are in meetings

This is a very professional level software with good functionalities and performance capabilities. I woiuld surely recommend this for large businesses.
