What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Their free version almost got everything I need since I do freelancing and having a one on one meeting with the customer is enough for this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I don't have to spend something
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have a problem wherein every time I got a meeting I need to turn on allow participants in sharing their screen at the meeting settings. I know that we can default it at their website but what's the point of not having it on the software installed at the first place? Also note that they don't have a web version you can run on the browser so, again you have less time to login at their website.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is really great for client meeting there are just time that there are problems with their server but I just usually re-host the meeting which seems to solve the issue. The free version is really good to try if you are simply assessing the tool.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a unique way to communicate. It enables highly secure call experience unlike google meet and other applications. One cannot intrude your meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multi platform support and authentication methods.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it is confusing whether the webiste is launchign the native software or just running in the browser.
