What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom had wide spread adoption early into the pandemic. It's ease of use for participants and hosts is remarkable, especially with the more advanced features such as breakout room creation on the fly, polling and pre-post meeting communications (scheduling, reminders, replays)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accessible to everyone. Much easier to use than Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting. Doesn't require anything from the attendee other than a computer, phone or pad and internet connection. Downloading updates is automated and doesn't interfere with meetings. I have had nothing but excellent experiences creating meetings and participating in events and calls using Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I would like is to have volume control on the app. I have to turn down my volume on the computer to change the volume of output.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great value compared to other video conference solutions. There are many different options for signing up depending on the size of your organization and how you will use Zoom. I paid for the webinar option, but have never used it. Decided the meeting room option is more suitable to my audiences because it allows for networking.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

With zoom you can make a video conference with ease, you don't need to download it to use it since you can access the software through the browser.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its interface is very versatile and very easy to use, you just have to download it, click and it is ready to use, I can have an online meeting, make a video conference and build a conference room, Zoom allows you to make Video Webinar with which you can send messages and share files. With Zoom you can do webinars with video, audio and screen sharing, and it has great functions such as surveys, chat, recording, etc. It also allows you to record video from a meeting, download it and then watch it using an HTML 5 OR Flash browser.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its quality in terms of the shared screen is not very good, because many times using it this produces an error which makes it a little difficult to do the meeting satisfactorily, the video quality is not pleasant as it is a little dark. A feature they are should seriously improve recording as this often tends to have problems making incomplete recordings and their prices are quite high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's quite easy to use and works globally and you don't have to be an expert to learn how to use it.
