What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it helps me and my team to always stay connected by working together in a safe, comfortable and highly productive way. It helps me get closer to those I need in a matter of seconds regardless of where I am. find each one, this program has the power to allow me to get to any corner of the world literally without even taking a step, it is a marvel because all you have to do is press a button and I am already face to face with a client closing a business. It helps me save my time and money, to collaborate on my projects, improve communication and never be absent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom has worked in an extraordinary way for me, I have used it daily for a long time and so far it has not presented any failure, to tell the truth I do not know any disadvantage, my experience has been unique and rewarding. Since this platform continues to improve every day and offering the excellent service that its users offers until now, everything works perfectly for me, the audio, HD video without interruptions and the most important security from beginning to end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom to develop quality online video conferencing and meetings with cloud storage, high definition video integrations with calendars, personal meeting room and unlimited recordings, it is a tool that provides an enterprise-level video conferencing service, it is flexible and very easy to use, no heavy downloads required, and the plans are wonderful for what it's worth paying for. I recommend it because it offers a unique experience, because it adapts to the needs of its users.

Zoom has helped create a seamless client experience and allows us to create a journey with our client. Zoom has professional quality audio and video and is a stable service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how Zoom supports our communication whether on mobile or in a conference room. The video and audio quality work well even in low bandwidth situations. We like the ease of using the software and screen sharing. Since our deadlines are always tight and Zoom has always helped us to be clear with each other. Zoom is easy to install and start.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasion glitch of the system but works as we expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom really allowed us to maximize our existing investments. We were able to increase productivity while maintaining a positive employee sentiment.
