It offers training live online
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can comnect with multiple people at a time using it. It allows you to hold meeting and attend conferences virtually right from your desk and actually participate in it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While using the free version, the meeting session terminates automatically after 40 minutes and you have to re-initiate the meeting to continue further
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for meeting with people over long distances

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is wonderful and reliable at all times because of its prolific features enables it to be very unique and rise its high quality standards. It has a price diversity meaning any business or company can afford to use it. The customer support team is very proactive and magnificent. Screen sharing and remote control, this makes Zoom easy and not just a communication tool but also a help desk tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite is that Zoom has very affordable plans- its easy for the small organisation to acquire the services from Zoom at a very affordable price withing their budget. I like the user intuitive experience, this is because Zoom has a very user friendly Interface that is extremely easy to customizable and easy to work with. The video/audio quality is just like no other software, Zoom provides high quality video and audio during a meeting or when attending a conference. Thus Zoom is very popular and powerful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far so good,the only concern i may rise right now is that for user to access the services of Zoom you must download the app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is the leading communication tool in our modern world, it has no competitors at all due to the exceptional quality services.

Screen Sharing is one of the most efficient features on zoom that let us communicate while sharing screens

the video quality and sound quality of this product is absolutely amazing.

The mobile application does not display some of the features that are available on the desktop version.

it is so easy to connect with people all they have to do is to click my already sent meeting URLs
