What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Popularity - Zoom is right now the most popular and most used video conference software out there. This has helped my job, when I need to communicate with external collaborators , enterprise customers or partners of my organization. As I can be sure , that they have an higher likelihood of having Zoom installed on their desktop, as against any other video-conference software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Meeting security. This is my favorite part of Zoom as it ensures that internal and external meetings are safe from unauthorized parties attending. Asides my meetings being encrypted, Zoom also ensures that every participant seeking to join my meeting, requires a passcode before they are allowed to join in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Inability for new users to simply join Zoom meetings, from the comfort of their web browser. This is the only weakness I have experienced with Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In terms of scalability, there are very few tools out there which can actively rival Zoom.
