What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The difference of Zoom with respect to clients is the quality of their calls and connections, very good image and sound quality, which allows a great value to our interactions with clients
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the interface, very friendly and that can be used easily even by those users not used to using similar tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes when we send appointments the desktop application for Windows does not run properly, it is somewhat annoying
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation if you are thinking of using Zoom is to go for the full version

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The ability to scale, is what I see as the best part of Zoom or what sets it apart from other similar video meeting software products. This ability to scale has ensured that the quality of my meeting experiences on Zoom isn't affected by the number of meeting participants, which is a problem I have noticed having tried an handful of Zoom alternatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom stands out from similar products, in terms of the quality of its audio and video functionality. More importantly too, I like Zooms smooth presence on mobile devices, which enable me connect to meetings from the comfort of my mobile phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Inability to use Zoom without first downloading the Zoom desktop application, is the only part of Zoom I do not like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to creating value for time (saving time ) and general productivity during meetings, no tool comes close to Zoom.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
My experience with Zoom has been over 5 years and it was successfully deployed in our organisation. The users interface is very easy to customize and works best with first users,hence creates a wonderful user experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite is the screen sharing feature is more than a blissful feature to us,it enhances remote collaboration and teamwork. The video and image quality is phenomenal, works best at conference meetings and during internal meetings. Zoom is very easy to use,easy to install and has no learning curve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I appreciate the customer support that is doing a great work 24/7.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom one thing is very cost effective, and it has very prolific features. Easy to use,hence creates smooth time for new users.
