Great product with great features

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The quality of audio or video calls and even webinars is amazing on zoom whereas the competitors are way behind
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the webinars feature where we can play on-demand and live webinars, answer any questions which comes up and perform virtual events
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont dislike anything except for the instant chat feature being not used as Teams or Slack being used or the group channels in Zoom
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say this product is a must-have product for all organisations within the industry.
