What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Unlike Microsoft Teams Zoom is not part of a suite of software and it doesn't have to follow the same user interface as other software. In that regard the company could really improve the UI/UX of Zoom without having to reinvent a set of other applications. Companies can also buy Zoom instead of a huge Microsoft package for a cheaper price if it suits their needs. Like many other audio/video call software, I would personally get rid of the chat functionality and leave that to other solutions that handle it better like Slack. Beside that Zoom is great for what it is. It's nothing very different than the competition, but it works!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Audio and video conferencing are good. I would get rid of the other features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat functionality. I have to follow multiple chats everywhere and I just hate this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get rid of the chat. Focus on your core business.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I think that what sets Zoom apart from other products is the quality. After having used many other video conferencing applications, I have noticed that the image, sound and even interface quality in the application is very good, better than any of the other applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the tools, especially the ability to do small groups, something that no other application has. It helps a lot to the work dynamics and to carry the videoconference in a proper way. It serves to save time and that is something that I definitely appreciate a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike is the time limit that meetings have when you have the basic package, I understand that the more you pay, the more benefits you will have, but I think 45 minutes is very little, even for the basic plan. For the rest, I have to say that I am very pleased with the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most important thing when using Zoom is to make sure we have a very good internet connection, since, if this is not the case, the application may become slow and not work correctly, for obvious reasons. So I always recommend making sure we have a good connection, and we can enjoy all the quality of this excellent application.
