Zoom from student to working life

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I started using Zoom when I was still in university last year. It was used for online classes, organization meetings, webinars, and calls with friends. Now that I am working, Zoom is mainly used for big meetings or conferences because it is more efficient in handling larger amounts of users at a time. The main for the product is to allow for proper communication and collaboration among people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Maximizing bandwidth for larger audiences or events Having a waiting room Screening participants before entering Ease in screen and audio sharing Ease in learning how to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Audio and video quality could be better Security checks on participants Better ways to handle big events (Classes, webinars, more than 500 participants) Muting other users
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think Zoom is more suited for most communication needs. The ease of sharing screen/audio allows it to be great for presenting ideas in a meeting or classroom setting. I find it best for webinars also as it does not lag when there are many participants present. The presence of a waiting room allows its users to have time to set up and get ready ahead. This overall allows for seamless events to take place. For smaller group meetings, Zoom works great in enabling collaboration and having efficient communication without any hassle. I do not think there is any scenario where the platform would be less appropriate.
