Screen share and the ability to connect with many people at once.

Zoom is Key to Remote Communication!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
One of the biggest differentiators for Zoom is how many people are already familiar with using it which makes it a great and accessible tool for both our business as well as for our clients! Another aspect is how easy-to-use Zoom is with very little learning curve and lots of feature options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is its screen-sharing and recording capabilities. This allows us to pull up a PDF via screen share and then conduct a recorded video presentation walking clients through our work. This feature has changed the way we present to clients for the better, allowing clients to view and digest the presentations on their own time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's not much to dislike about Zoom! I think it's interface could be a bit more user-friendly, but is otherwise a great and valuable tool for our business and clients alike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend someone considering Zoom to go for it! It's a valuable business and communication tool that is here to stay and a staple of many businesses today.
