Excellent video call service with poor config

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's quick to connect, allows to instantly hook up with several team members or clients with easy.It has excellent streaming capabilities and very rarely will hang, compared to other competing products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The instant connection to any group of people from within the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The audio panel configuration is the worse of them all, period. Zoom will never remember the proper audio mic and output and it forces you to reconfigure every time. This happens on both ends, so it is pretty common that every call starts with both parts not hearing anything. This coupled with the almost unusable login capabilties, makes for a half-good half-badly designed product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be aware of audio configuration issues, experienced IT personal can quickly fix this but an inexperience employee or customer may find the audio misconfiguration too hard to handle and will quickly switch to Google Meet.

40 mins time limit in the free plan

Zoom is good for startups or small businesses that mostly rely on the free models. It is easy to use and effective in doing team meetings.
