Its very innovative and trend setter

There is no buffer in video calls and no never experienced any lags in my audio calls

The dad breach that happened has somewhat shattered the trust

Can used via web application, for clients who don't use zoom regularly don't need to download an app to have a zoom meeting. Has virtual background. Mobile application smooth

Free to use for the first 40 mins meeting
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of my clients could not figure out how to turn on Audio at the beginning of the meeting

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom as a software stands a notch above other similar web-conferencing apps. While it is on the pricier side compared to other software - It provides extensive features like larger participant capacity, broadcast services, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool does exactly as it is advertised, and more. Although it is not a new tool, it is one that strives to be innovative so that its users have a better experience when attending a meeting or a seminar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I do not face any issues using Zoom. While the solution is slightly expensive compared to the competition - it gives users a more comprehensive experience while having a conference online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a daily user of the product, I would highly recommend zoom to any working professionals or student who is planning to buy this product.
