What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Other meeting solutions don't work well with slow internet connections, which irritates all meeting participants because we have to repeat the same line multiple times, wasting a lot of time and effort. Zoom has excellent audio and video quality, making it the best meeting solution available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When we first started our business, we used other tools to schedule meetings with my clients, but they had so many problems joining meetings, and voice quality was also an issue for them, so we ditched it and switched to it, and I was blown away by how quickly it resolved our issues by making our lives easier. From setup to use, all of its features are my favorites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only criticism I have of this program is that if I accidentally activate my microphone, Zoom does not notify us. Other video conferencing software will alert us when the microphone is turned on but only transmits background noises rather than our voice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing service in our opinion. This feature-rich cloud-based video conference platform is simple to use and can accommodate more than 1,000 people at once. I like Zoom for several reasons. The system is simple to use, comes in a variety of price points to suit any business's budget, and also has all of the necessary features for a video conferencing platform for a business.
