What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has become the industry standard - it has an extremely clean UX and UI which sets it apart from more traditional offerings like Microsoft Teams. The mobile apps are highly functional and are built robustly, allowing users to take calls on the the move, if need be.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reliability of video and call quality is the best part of Zoom. The ability to use "break out rooms" allows us to use it for more than just daily meetings, which allows us to leverage Zooms versatility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the most frustrating thing about Zoom is how easy it can be to talk over other people (or have other people talk over you) because as soon as someone else begins speaking, one party ends up getting muted. It's difficult to speak at the same time because of this (even if it's just to say "sorry, you go ahead").
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using Zoom at an enterprise scale has become a no brainer for us - it's a reliable product with deep customer support and can meet anyones teleconferencing needs.
