Choose Zoom. Cisco WebEx is not user friendly and provides an unreliable experience, Microsoft Teams makes it difficult or impossible for external parties to join, and Skype for Business must be networked with the external organization to communicate.

Definitely an online tool

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There is little delay in communication and the voice is not altered, and there is a considerable sense of stability. It is also well known in Corona Virus, and it is easy to use because there are almost no people who don't have an account. I basically use it when I talk online. You can also share screens and files, so it's easier than a face-to-face meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is great to be able to set the time and broadcast the URL in advance. As the system itself called ZOOM is recognized worldwide, it is easy to be accepted during online TMs. Meanwhile, the need for telecommuting increased, and as part of that, we introduced Zoom Meetings. It didn't take long before all employees got used to it thanks to its easy-to-understand interface and courteous support page. It is now our primary online conferencing tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In exceptional cases, the camera connection becomes unstable. Noises and stuttering occur in the images. This may be a camera problem, but I can't think of any other improvements, so I'll mention them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The coronavirus prevented face-to-face seminars and events, and I was looking for an alternative tool for webinars. I find it easier to communicate with participants than with other tools. I appreciate being able to speak individually during the webinar, do quizzes, and even break into groups. It is now a standard web conferencing tool, but it is also recommended for those who are thinking of holding a webinar.
