What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
What sets Zoom apart is that its features and capabilities uniquely position it to be able to cater to the requirements of small teams as well as large conferences and webinars. It also offers the largest library of app integrations to add value to a variety of customer use cases. It's customizable in nature and is intuitive to use, even for first-timers. I think the recognizable brand name and its trustworthiness is the reason why Zoom is the preferred tool within the tech space for online business meetings within internal teams as well as hosting workshops with clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is that I can join on any device and automatically set up meeting recordings and passwords prior to sending out the meeting invites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that Zoom had more to offer in terms of collaboration like more advanced whiteboarding and notetaking features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend giving Zoom a try and seeing whether it's a good fit for you and your company.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has all the great features required for us Polly integration, whiteboard, screen sharing, remote control access, annotation, video calling, VOIP, messaging, file sharing, audio controller, video animations and effects, and so on. The differentiating thing about zoom is they provide all these features with a seamless user experience and great support
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom comes with AppStore that has multiple applications for our needs, it helps me to manage my meeting duration, agenda, also multiple third-party apps are available for which zoom provides excellent security support
What do you dislike most about this product?
Licensing cost is slightly high as compared to other products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
could be a great fit, managing work in hybrid working culture
