Account creation is generally straightforward and what also sets Zoom apart is the share screen and annotation features that allow remote collaboration and intercation during remote meetings

The success of Zoom comes from its notable advantages ranging from having the largest meeting participants to an abundance of business-oriented and user-centric features

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

What differentiates Zoom from other video-conferencing products I used is that Zoom provides a variety of tools as compared to others, and users can use these tools at ease, for free. For example, the record feature is very handy for teachers who want to record their video lessons. I personally use this feature to record my presentation. I can easily pause the recording whenever I want it so that I don't need to edit it later. Moreover, the annotate feature helps me annotate my presentations easily. Overall, a great product!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the record feature. I was surprised by the quality of the recorded video! The file size is small, but the video and the audio quality are still very clear. That is why Zoom is the product I always use whenever a needed to record a video lesson for my classmates or I needed to record a presentation I needed to submit to a conference. Since the file size is small, I was able to upload the recorded video on at ease, but also not devouring a lot of space on my drive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Zoom is still its record feature. Please bring back the no-time limit capability if only 2 or 1 device is connected! I can't afford to buy a subscription. Before, I was able to record a presentation over 40 minutes, but now, it is now capped at 40 minutes, even though I was the only one connected to the room.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For me, Zoom is the leading product in video conferencing. The majority of its usable tools can be used even without paying for a subscription. Aside from its dominant features in video conferencing, this is the best way to record your presentations as compared to other products. I do not happen to afford a subscription for now, but definitely will, since there are more features to explore that would tremendously help me as a graduate student and an educator too.

Zoom is easy to use and simple to understand the new features. I love this product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The whiteboard option attracts me. Because when I'm in covid time, I learned many things using Zoom. On that time, whiteboard is really helpful to teach.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like all the features in Zoom mostly.

After trying this product one time, you will continue to use this regularly.
