Nice-to-have essential communication tool

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Participants can virtually raise their hands to participate in the conversation. I am able to access analytics about the calls I have hosted suchas top users by meeting minutes
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There is a whiteboard feature that allows us to brainstorm on-screen while on the call. Participants in a call can easily share their screen with others
What do you dislike most about this product?
The invitation reminder is not that attractive. It would be nice of they offered a ring feature option where a ring appears on the screen once I am invited to join a meeting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the size of your organization and the needs your team has in terms of innovative features, security and budget, try Zoom and I think it will be a viable option

I breeze through video meetings with Zoom.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is the most popular video meeting platform with fellow professionals within my network. I just have not encountered a fellow professional in recent time, who has not used Zoom before. The above is sure helpful when trying to schedule video meeting appointments, because it removes the need to lecture anybody on how to use Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom letting me to re-use my personal meeting ID ( PMI ) to setup video meetings , multiple times over is my favourite aspect of Zoom. It just makes the process of initiating group meetings straight-forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom prevents users in my geographical location, from accessing the toll free phone number feature. Access to this feature will make it possible to call into meetings directly from my mobile phone, without using the Zoom application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom has been the preferred tool in my last two job roles.
