What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was the goto software for during the pandemic for internal and external calls. It has great features such as conferencing with hundreds of attendees, breakout rooms, browser compatibility which makes it extremely useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that you need not install it and use the browser for calls is great. Also its conferencing feature is great for web conferences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not an integrated business messenger, meaning MS teams or slack needs to be used alongside.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a great bridge or web conferencing software with, of course, its shortcomings. Depending on the need for an all integrated software vs webconferencing/bridge software, the decision of whether to go with zoom or something like MS teams need to be made.
