Users can have any email platform to receive invites to Zoom meetings. Easy controls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease fuse.

It takes effort to toggle between views and unmuting or muting yourself.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is excellent and reliable. Compared to other remote conferencing software, such as Google Hangouts, the setup UI is convenient and easy to use and rarely malfunctions. Zoom Meetings allow you to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, team members, visitors, and local and international representatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best feature is the option to create polls before or in between sessions. I appreciate how quickly they can go covert and record phone calls. Now, I can change between training videos much faster. I like how easy it is to send the meeting link and make a calendar appointment. You can instantly change your Google calendar invitations by downloading a web plugin.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tab is difficult to maximize after it has been minimized. Poor service; you can only use it if you have the application; to speed up the scheduling of meetings, it must sync with calendars when logged in. The connection is unstable on wired and wireless devices alike. Our accounts have regularly been locked, which is quite aggravating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The host has control over the other guests. The host may, for instance, declare someone mute or exclude them from a gathering or class. It is an option for a virtual meeting. Alternatives to virtual backgrounds exist. Features a video editing feature in the settings as well. If you want to, you can contact the team.
