What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Overall, Zoom's video quality is quite outstanding, making it possible to clearly instruct movements. Clients who are experiencing technical difficulties can still see the text and respond if they can't hear you right away thanks to the chat features, which offer several benefits. The more recent whiteboard tools are a wonderful bonus as well. Images might be prepared in advance or made on the spot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The transparency extends to screensharing-shared media as well. From your computer, laptop, phone, or tablet, you may share pictures, movies, or any portion of your screen. One of Zoom's most useful features that sets it apart from the other meeting tools is screen sharing. The whiteboard features are intuitive to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In contrast to teams, it can also be a little stuffy and stiff. Or it may appear that you are still at work if you use it for work and then take a personal call. It occasionally can be difficult to join a call. Other times, I have my desktop app open while it occasionally opens as a variety of popups within the browser.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The greatest benefit of this is that you don't have to manually take screenshots of the whiteboard. It can be saved as an image that you can share. These technologies are essential necessary for any form of group work, particularly when working remotely, taking classes online, receiving training, etc. Zoom is the most user-friendly software available. If you need an easy way to connect remotely with peers and use google calendar I highly recommend getting it!!
