What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

For me, the simplest feature is smart communication. Simply produce a gathering link and share it through any social media platform and stay connected. The audio/video quality is superb. Video conferences on mobile gave superb results. Not just for business purposes, however, you’ll conjointly use zoom to attach with your loved ones.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom for multiple reasons and use case scenarios. I used it an oversized range of times after I was learning for my bachelor’s degree in computer science. I had a really busy schedule since I was working and competing and managing different projects on the side. Zoom was a very useful tool for my educational and skilled progress as I could set up conferences with classmates, colleagues, and even some professors whenever I was required to do so.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawback of zoom I might say is that there are a lot of competitors out there. Some competitors don’t seem to be even working to be future Zoom, they just have similar capabilities as Zoom but provide a lot of different things (ex. Discord, teams, Slack).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s so universal, either at work or personal usage, it works across devices. No need to guarantee right licenses are obtained too to even use them like competitors. Quick, easy controls too with a lot of advanced choices if desired.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom's ability to connect people from all over the world is what I liked it the most. Additionally, it is compatible with all platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. Zoom offers a variety of sharing options, including the ability to share a single window, tab, or even the entire screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The greatest feature of Zoom is that there is no maximum number of attendees. You can also join a meeting with a few clicks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Normally it works flawlessly, but occasionally I experienced lag and it also prompts me to choose an audio output every time I join a Zoom meeting, which is a little disappointing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Perhaps make it more user-friendly by opening the app by default rather than requiring me to do so each time.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Ease of use and no nonsense design seems to be the most differenciating factor from my point of view. You can be productive without all the usual distracting UI experience in likes of Google Meet, Skype, etc. Even though they are not so much ahead of the competition in terms of quantity of their services, it's the quality that makes all the difference. In my 2 years of usage I haven't had seen a more consistent software like this before. No server issues, no lagging, no downtime.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect of the app is that simple UI design, and accessibility all over the world. A video conferencing software in first place needs to be accessible, popular and used all over the globe in order to be of use in my line of work and Zoom with it's professional design and ease of use blows the competition away, thus have dominated video conferencing market in a short time. Not only it leaves a strong professional first impression, it also provides good quality of life improvement features without them bloating up the software. For it's price it's probably the best video conferencing software there is

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features that we have like digital backgrounds and such seem to not work properly and it happened many times that the person I was talking to couldn't disable it which means it's obviously against the simple use principles of the app that makes it so appealing to the general public

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest if your line of work needs a video conferencing app, Zoom should certainly be in first place when it comes to trying these softwares. But giving competition a try before licensing the software might be good idea.
