What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a record of being a leader in the video conferencing field, and it features various tools such as remote mouse control, native recording, and convenient interfaces with many workspace clients such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and many more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom integrates productivity by providing seamless flexibility to all users by allowing them to work from any location. Zoom is the best software for holding a conference meeting with people from all over the world at the same time. Very simple to use, and the service and connection quality is among the best.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Giving another user control of our screen is a fantastic function. This is especially useful when a Mac user requires remote assistance and typical methods of remoting are ineffective. The only disadvantage is that we cannot use admin credentials while remoted in. It restricts the amount of virtual assistance I can provide.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom allows me to book an unlimited number of meetings and allows many managers to change, add, or create arrangements on the same date. During sessions, screen sharing allows colleagues and presenters to efficiently access photos, graphics, and projects.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was implemented for its webinar facilities & is the go to for large meetings, this is a key differentiator for Zoom
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everyone seems to be very familiar with the solution as it is widely adopted for business & home use, which makes it very easy to manage with minimal user interaction, (only when there is issues)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support could be better & getting the details needed. sometimes it feels like the burden is on us to continue requesting support. receiving a lot of emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its simple, many users already know how to use it so is straight forward. and is the best for large meeting
