What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is incredibly intuitive to use and this contributes to new users feeling at ease to navigate the Zoom platform , without requiring much guidance. This ease of use and Zoom's scalable architecture contributes to an inclusive and reliable video meeting platform that is able to withstand heavy usage and host large scale participant video meetings without serious lags or latency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Am big on Zoom's usability on mobile device, which is the main medium available to me to access video meetings, as a result of the nature of my work. On Zoom mobile , I have access to almost the same set of collaboration tools available on the desktop app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I use Zoom mainly for video conferencing and I am more concerned with lag free video meetings and audible audio quality, than anything else. Zoom does the aforementioned well for me and I am satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Conference calls are important to my welfare as an engineer, as it is one of the most reliable means with which i get to communicate with my workmates, who are usually spread around different construction sites.

Can be connected quickly and simply and it is hassle free

Easy navigation and one-click connection
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the internet signal is weak, the connection is not properly established.

Video quality should be improved with minimum internet signal strength
