Great tool for large company wide calls

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I would say this is the fact that they allow for huge amounts of people in calls, this is generally used as a company wide conferencing tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video clarity and voice clarity is better than the competitions at times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cumbersome messaging side of the application, I always felt it took a few too many clicks to get into that side of the application and never felt quite as smooth as the competition.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Video conferencing tools is a saturated market so I would look at everything else out there and see what brings you the best RoI.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has simple UI which makes it easy to setup meetings and calls from zoom phones.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen write feature during calls is very useful, background theme in video calls,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the meeting gets hanged. Other than this don't think there is any issue with the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will definitely recommend it to whoever looking for this kind of application.
