What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy-to-use video conferencing tool that makes it simple for us to join calls from anywhere. Zoom has built-in AI technology that provides full meeting transcriptions and custom hold music that helps in creating a positive user experience
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The desktop interface makes it easy to host, join and share screen with multiple participants without any hassle. The dashboard is robust and provides everything we need to keep our business running smoothly
What do you dislike most about this product?
Built-in RSVP capability that will ensure we know exactly who will be attending our meeting. This will be a great way to keep track of who is coming to our meeting after creating instant meetings
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom has professional audio and video recording and editing tools that make it easy to share high-quality recordings. Participants can join the meeting via the app or the web browser
