Easy to use, lightweight and works everywhere

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was the only savior during COVID days. Its easy to use, simple to download and start the conferencing. It has a webapp and an actual app which is lightweight. Never seen the app hang.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive features like background templates. If someone doesnt have the application installed, the web version works as good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really. Its a perfect product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're not already using Microsoft or Google Suites, go for this. Its reliable, secure and has many features that you would love playing around with.

Meetings improve when we use Zoom

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a very useful and powerful tool, at the same time very simple, that brings us a different way to conduct our meetings in the company, with great quality audio and high definition video, Zoom is positioned as our main platform to conduct both personal and group meetings, with different options that allow us to get more out of each of them. Connecting and meeting became easier and more productive with Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharing screen and audio with other members makes the experience richer as we can share ideas and allow others to learn important project information. The recording option is one of the most useful tools because it leaves a record of the meetings held and what has been said in them and it is possible to view them in the future. Very simple and intuitive interface, it does not generate much difficulty to use zoom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding other paid items to the tool can feel a bit expensive as it is only one way of communication. We would like it to integrate with some other applications in a simple way such as email. Sometimes it is annoying to log in as the login data tends to be constantly erased which makes it a bit annoying. If the internet connection is not good enough the experience decreases drastically.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is aimed at any company that needs to replant itself in constant communication between associates and employees, with a number of tools that make Zoom an evidently more than good experience. Zoom's cost is relatively adequate for the features it has, however the basic plan should have a bit more tools. Their customer support department is good and they are constantly on the lookout for situations where the software could fail.
