Most everyone understands how to use it and it's features.

Depends on plan but meeting times can be limited.

Determine who you will using this product with. All internal? great. External folks can be hit or miss.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is so widely accepted and easy to use. Makes scheduling a call so seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that it was easy to implement and having our team use this product has been a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that we have to manually update the platform instead of it doing it for itself during non-usable hours at night.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to just use it and teach your team all of its helpful features!
