What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Not much that I can think of - it does what it does like Teams and Google Meet - video conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can't think of anything that I really love about Zoom to be honest. The webinar function is fairly useful for some specific occasions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I said earlier, there are some usability issues that need to be fixed: Chat history available even for people who joined late to the meeting (they currently can't see chat that was recorded before they joined); the ability to control the audience easily when you are using the webinar mode (currently if you want to change participants to speakers, you have to do it manually one by one, when you have like 10+ people who need to be changed to speakers, it's so hard to use); their dashboard is very confusing and overwhelming - there is not much thought that went into designing its information architecture

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would compare it to Microsoft Teams because as a previous user of Teams, I think the integration between Teams and other Microsoft products was actually neat. My company uses Microsoft Office and Zoom, and the integration between them isn't very good (you can integrate the two and add Zoom meetings to Outlook calendars, but Zoom itself doesn't have any calendar that shows what meetings have been scheduled).

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Its the best out there. Better than Skype/Instant messaging/Slack/Blue jeans/Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly! easy to book and reschedule meeting/conference, Etc. Easy to share files, can connect everywhere as well. Never have I had an issue w/ Zoom. It is the best!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not applicable. Nothing bad to say about this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it! Integrate it to your ATS/ Company. Periodt! It will help your recruiting team initiate interviews and it's an easy platform to use and connect w/ your team if you work remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it allows me to stay connected with my friends and family no matter where they are. Zoom makes it easy to have virtual meetings, video calls, and group chats, and the user interface is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the lack of face-to-face interaction and the difficulty of gauging reactions and body language. It can be hard to maintain focus and engagement when you can't see the other person, and the technical issues can be frustrating.

Each plan will have different features and limitations, and you should decide which one best fits your needs. 2. Test the usability of Zoom by signing up for a free trial.
