When it comes to online chat programs, I always use Zoom. The simplicity with which we could arrange get-togethers was a major plus. It's free for up to 100 participants to join in on a single call. By allowing users to share their screens, Zoom is able to surpass competitors like Blue Jeans. We began utilizing zoom during the CoVD19 epidemic, and it proved to be an invaluable tool. Zoom is the most popular program for online meetings, presentations, and screen sharing. This program is great since it has a fantastic user interface and is extremely easy to learn and use. The video quality of this software is superb, and it can accommodate as many people as needed in a single conference call. The assistance and aid provided by this application are invaluable. It provides an opportunity to interact with other attendees of the same conference. The app's built-in file sharing features are top-notch. The Zoom Rooms product is a must-have for any professional setting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a video conferencing tool, and I have had some bad encounters with it. My main complaint is that it does not provide sufficient protection for my personal information. In certain cases of "Zoom-bombing," I witnessed participants to meetings being joined by people who were not invited. I've also noticed that when the software is active, it causes my computer to perform slower than usual. My own technical troubles with the app include intermittent connection, choppy video and audio, and a lack of control over the camera's focus.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At every necessary gathering of people The platform has served me well in both my personal and business endeavors, therefore I can confidently recommend using Zoom. Zoom offers a simple UI that is very easy to understand and does not require any type of training. Free to host meetings for up to 100 participants. The online web support for free versions is very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Restrictive time limits for the free tier. The mobile version lacks many features found on the desktop version. Chat of zoom needs to improve and include support for interactive texts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have used most of the applications and it's my honest suggestion. if you are a start-up then you can definitely go for it, if offers many features for free and the quality of the calls and meetings is great. if you are an enterprise they also have an enterprise Liceance of zoom, but I would prefer Microsoft Teams over zoom for the tight integration between the Microsoft app stacks which offers a seamless experience.
