What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's more user friendly and less expensive if you don't need high functioning meeting features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It crashes more often than I'd like and sometimes I can be in a meeting, leave, go to another (both on Zoom) and suddenly my camera will not work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's great for the cost.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Designed to work on mobile, laptop, and desktop, participants can also join audio-only—making it great for people on the move. It includes an incredibly powerful analytics dashboard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s well set up for mobile users, and participants can join meetings by answering a call rather than needing passwords or PINs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a virtual whiteboard, and handy drawing tools—although the use of these drawing tools can be limited in scope.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom offers all the basic functionality you’d expect of a video conferencing solution. It is a good option for business-to-consumer communication.
