What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have been using Zoom for a long time now and it has been the simplest platform for me compared to others we have evaluated. One of the best things about it is that it supports BYOD and consumes low bandwidth, which makes it easy to use on mobile devices as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When our customers face any issues with our products, they open a ticket with us and we use Zoom to organize a meeting to debug the problem by taking remote access to their system. The audio option on Zoom helps us to be on top of the issue with the customer while also providing clarity even with less data bandwidth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have only experienced a few minor issues, nothing we couldn't handle. Overall the platform has been amazing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my experience, Zoom has been the go-to method for communication, especially during the current work-from-home scenario in most companies. The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored. I have not found a scenario where Zoom is not appropriate, and I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is a broad and capable program for any type of videoconference or a simple conversation between colleagues, it is very versatile and we love that, I think it is one of the great faculties that differentiate it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very stable, it also has a very fast startup process, it is easy to install and this provides us with a very good formula of tools that we needed in advance in our daily work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that notifications of logins to multiple individuals take time to arrive, we generate reminder alerts for employees or executives and with the number over 50 the program tends to forget some emails to send link and password.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend zoom review the problem and I think I recommend trying it for clients, it is a program that leads the way in video conferences in any field due to its stability, at exxon it has supported the software development team a lot.
