What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is pioneer on video conferencing. The quality of video and sound is very good. I love features such as Groups and Whiteboard, when we are brainstorming these features are really useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product keeps evolving and giving us benefits for those that keep working on a virtual environment. Groups and Whiteboard are my favorite features. I use it when we do focus groups, classes and brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it takes longer to open. You always need to be several minutes before the meeting getting ready for the conference.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to connect with several users, this is the best option. It is very stable and reliable.

Lots of features, saves a lot of time!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It literally has everything you need for Collaboration, white board, screen sharing, video sharing, conferencing and meeting chat etc. One major aspect I used zoom was that it still performed very reliably in bad internet connection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen sharing with pen over draw feature that allows for good presentations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Meeting time limit of 40 minutes in free version. Should be extended to at least an hour.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make good use of its screen sharing and white board features. It saves a lot of time.
