The whiteboard feature of the zoom is extremely great than others. It works so seamlessly and helps me to explain the same to my customer

There are many favourite aspect but one of those is virtual whiteboard as mentioned in previous question too. I can't expect anything more than this.

Sometimes if the internet is fine still we need turn of the internet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has always been the best space to analyze in front of our clients each point of the relationship or sale of the company, since the audiovisual quality gives us a sense of security by being able to see in detail each of the numerous participants in the meeting. call, in addition to the fact that this program offers us backup options that are very helpful, such as the recording of each of the meetings that we carry out through this medium, we like this a lot, it is one of the functions that I use the most since there is a lot of information that is handles in these meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not understand why the limit of each of the calls is so short, the truth is that we have had meetings that we have had to restart up to 3 times to discuss all aspects of a negotiation, and the notification that we have reached the time limit of one section is somewhat frustrating, we would like to have more time for only environments in the call conversation, this only happens in the free version of the program, it lasts 40min.
