What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's cloud delivered service is incredibly comprehensive and provides me with all the core capabilities I need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides a comprehensive set of core capabilities that make it easy to stay connected with my team and customers. The cloud-delivered service provides telephony, meetings, messaging, software apps, APIs and adjacent services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too Many Subscriptions and Add-Ons. Zoom is a subscription-based service that is reasonably priced at starter levels
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I see very lack of features in it when we talk about stability or reliability its average or below average. I don't like the UI because a similar product is available in the market which gives you more attractive UI options. There is deffo room for improvement here

The main problem with this is that you may only need a specific service once or twice throughout the year. The subscriptions are not flexible enough for these needs.
